SOLUTION FROM KYLE KALLOO

For myself, it was having a better understanding of who my team is, and how I need to flex to them to be a more effective leader. This started in our personal sessions and learning more about myself first.

Understanding the team more clearly has made it much easier for me to address their training needs, asking for and giving feedback. It has also made me much more aware of their needs, and how I can support them, while ensuring I am still guiding them in achieving the business’ needs and goals.
